Do you have extensive travel and tour operations experience? Have you managed a team of 5
\nor more colleagues for at least 3-5 years? Do you love to inspire colleagues to do their best? Do
\nyou enjoy setting best practices to help your team continuously improve? We are looking for
\nan experienced manager to work with our team of professional tour operations colleagues and
\nas part of our exceptional management team. An added bonus is that you can work remotely
\nand be located anywhere in the continental US.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n• Interacting daily with our tour operations team to coach, mentor, problem-solve, and set
\nexpectations.
\n• Coaching and mentoring the team on Best Practices while leading by example.
\n• Researching ways to improve/add value to our tours and guest experience.
\n• Building strong relationships with our tour operations team and our colleagues around the
\nworld.
\n• Reviewing tour information, future inventory, and budgets in Excel as well as Salesforce, our
\ncompany software system, to improve efficiencies and plan for future years.
\n• Collaborating with Sales, Guest Services, Marketing, and other members of our team to
\nimprove tour operations and develop strategic plans for future years.
\n• Participating in our weekly management meetings to strategically inform the direction of our
\ncompany.
\n• Developing Risk Management Plans, and then demonstrating an ability to respond quickly and
\nefficiently to handle situations as they may arise on tours worldwide.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

\nThis role does not require any foreign language ability to succeed; but if you have foreign
\nlanguage ability, you will have the opportunity to utilize it.

WAGES & BENEFITS
\n$70,000 - $80,000/year + bonus
