Job DescriptionCypress Logistics is looking to hire full-time Delivery Associates immediately to deliver in the greater Michigan area. Only individuals who have open availability should apply. No CDL or previous experience driving experience is required as all qualifications/training will be completed after being hired at no expense to the employee. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role. You’ll be on your feet, in and out of the van 200+ times a day, working in all weather conditions. Details
Drivers make $22.25 per hour. This position is a 10-hour shift and requires a 4-day schedule per week. Ready Rabbit delivers 7 days a week. Our drivers have a fixed schedule that includes either a Saturday or Sunday. Shifts start at 11:30 a.m., but applicants need to be flexible if this changes. All Delivery Associates will need to be available on standby occasionally to cover other team members during illness or emergencies. Benefits – Full-time Delivery Associates with 30+ hours per week are eligible for health benefits (medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement). Eligibility begins 30 days after hiring. Paid every Friday (weekly).
