Automotive Billing Clerk About Us Parkway is locally owned and operated and has proudly served the Houston area for more than 45 years. With three locations—Parkway Chevrolet, Parkway Family Kia, and Parkway Family Mazda—we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional, team-oriented work environment. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience billing new and used vehicle retail deals, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment. What You'll Do

• Process and bill new and used vehicle retail deals accurately and efficiently

Review retail sales deals in Tekion to ensure accuracy * Maintain and reconcile Contracts in Transit (CIT) schedules * Work closely with finance and retail sales department administrators to ensure timely and accurate deal processing * Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and documentation issues * Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership procedures * Provide excellent customer service and support daily dealership operations What We're Looking For * Minimum 1 year of automotive billing experience with new and used vehicle retail deals * Experience with Tekion preferred * Valid Texas driver's license * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Professional attitude, positive work ethic, and high ethical standards * Commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction Benefits * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance * Life Insurance & Short-Term Disability * 401(k) with Company Match * Paid Vacation & Paid Holidays * Continuous Improvement Training * Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Parts & Services * Opportunities for Career Growth Ability to commute/relocate: Tomball, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
